DecoRus 2020 will take place at the Hotel National for a tenth year, on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 June. This is a tried and tested formula, with which all previous exhibitors and visitors are familiar.
We are delighted that DecoRus has become an unmissable event in the Russian interior design calendar, and our advertising reach will again extend, with more direct marketing, updates and prominent announcements in leading trade publications over the months leading up to the opening..
The prices quoted are inclusive of stand set-up (comprising table, chairs, tablecloth and back display with name plate, just as last year) which you can decorate as you wish; inclusive of event catering, including lunches for exhibitors on both show days, and a champagne reception; inclusive of website and show guide entries; and inclusive of our help before and during the show to plan your travel, to deliver your display materials, to hire personal interpreters, and for any other requirements, although these last costs you must meet individually. You are also free to propose your own bespoke stand set up, but any alternative schemes to our standard must be agreed with us in advance.
Our standard tables measure 180cm x 90cm and come with one or two chairs as preferred. I attach a specification for the blue display board, which uses Velcro strips to fix artwork, wallpapers or light fabrics to the boards.
If you look at the hotel website www.national.ru and follow the menu to Meetings & Events, Hotel Meeting rooms, you will find an interactive plan of the first floor of the hotel. By clicking on any of the halls, you will be taken to a plan of the room, with a full description and photographs.
Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given only to previous exhibitors. All applications will be vetted to select only those companies whose profile fits the nature of the event and enhances its appeal to the trade visitor.
You will have access to the halls from mid-afternoon on Sunday to enable you to dress your stand. The show will run on both Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 6pm, and everything must be removed from the halls before midnight on the last day, Tuesday.
You are responsible for making your own hotel bookings, visa and travel arrangements, but we can advise and assist with making the best choices. We are in the process of agreeing a reserved allocation of discounted rooms at the Hotel National for the 3 nights that we recommend you stay in Moscow, namely the 31 May, 1 & 2 June (please ask me for details if interested), but you are of course free to arrive and leave outside these dates and stay wherever you wish.
We have a dedicated transport agent who will quote on an individual basis for your freight requirements, and we will liaise with him to arrange delivery of your materials to the correct stand on the Sunday. Many of you will be pleased to learn that this year the hotel have agreed to let us deliver all such display materials and our own equipment to the hotel on the Saturday, so this year we should avoid creating a bottleneck in the loading bay or lifts, and your stand will be ready for you on time!
If you are ready to sign up, please contact me as soon as possible. Upon receipt, I will provisionally allocate you space in the hall of your choice (subject to availability) or propose an alternative. I will also send you a contract and an invoice for 50% of the total sum agreed, payment of which will secure your place. I will be sending out final invoices at the beginning of April. Our normal terms are 30 days.
If you have any questions or simply wish to submit your application, please do not hesitate to contact me without delay.
